Return Overview
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving your item.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@cazuc.com and include your order number in the message. Our customer support team will guide you through the process and provide return instructions.
Return Conditions
- Return requests must be made and the item shipped within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with all tags, accessories and labels attached.
- You must include your order number, name, address, and RMA number (if provided) in the package.
Return Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- In the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Cazuc will cover return shipping costs.
- Restocking fees: No cost
Return Scenarios
- Change of Mind: You may return your item within 30 days if it is unused and in its original condition.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your product arrives defective or damaged, please email us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the item. Once reviewed and approved, We’ll send a prepaid return label and offer either a full refund or replacement.
- Incorrect Item Received: If you received the wrong item, contact us and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
- Item Not Delivered: If your package has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us for a refund or reshipment.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email our team at info@cazuc.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Pack Your Item: Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documents.
- Send it Back: Drop your package off at the nearest shipping carrier location as per the instructions in the return authorization email.
Refund Process
- Once the return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout. It usually takes 7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
- A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been issued.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for unused items returned in their original packaging. To request an exchange, please contact us at info@cazuc.com
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return. These products will be clearly marked as non-returnable in the product description.
