- Delivery of products;
- Returns, refunds and exchanges; and
- Communications between you and Cazuc relating to our products and services.
3. Eligibility to Purchase
Our website and products are intended for adults who are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
By placing an order with us, you confirm that:
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract;
- The information you provide is accurate and complete;
- You are authorised to use the payment method provided; and
- You are purchasing products for lawful purposes.
We do not intentionally sell products to children.
4. Product Information
We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, dimensions, colours, prices and other product information displayed on cazuc.com are accurate and up to date.
However, minor differences may occur due to:
- Screen and display settings;
- Lighting and photography;
- Manufacturing tolerances;
- Packaging updates; or
- Other non-material product variations.
We will not intentionally present products in a misleading way.
Where a material error is discovered in a product description or other important product information before dispatch, we may contact you to provide the correct information and, where appropriate, allow you to confirm or cancel the order.
5. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Adding a product to your basket does not reserve it.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may:
- Contact you with an appropriate alternative where available; or
- Cancel the affected item and issue an appropriate refund.
We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
6. Prices
All prices displayed on cazuc.com are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.
The price applicable to your order is the price displayed during checkout, subject to correction of obvious pricing errors.
We may change product prices at any time, but changes will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted by us.
Where applicable, taxes and other mandatory charges will be presented in accordance with applicable UK law.
7. Pricing Errors
We take reasonable care to ensure that our prices are accurate.
If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact you before dispatch to explain the error and give you the opportunity to purchase the product at the correct price.
If you do not wish to proceed at the corrected price, or if we are unable to contact you, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount already paid.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

- Name;
- Contact information;
- Delivery address;

You are responsible for checking your order carefully before submitting it.
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate. Incorrect information may result in delivery delays or failed delivery.
9. Order Acknowledgement and Acceptance
After you place an order, you may receive an automated order confirmation or acknowledgement.
An automated acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
Your order may be subject to:
- Payment authorisation;
- Product availability;
- Fraud and security checks;
- Verification of order information; and
- Our ability to fulfil and deliver the order.
A contract for the sale of goods is formed when we accept your order in accordance with our order-processing procedures.
10. Right to Refuse or Cancel an Order
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- A product is unavailable;
- There is an obvious pricing or product information error;

19. Incorrect Delivery Information
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If you notice an error in your delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will attempt to update the information before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible once an order has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched.
We will not seek to exclude liability where applicable law makes us responsible for the delivery issue.
20. Risk and Ownership
Responsibility for goods will pass in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
Where you are acting as a consumer and we arrange delivery, we remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you, or to a person identified by you to take possession of them, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Ownership of the goods normally passes once we have received full payment and the goods have been delivered.
21. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order, subject to the conditions of our Refund & Return Policy.
We accept returns for defective and non-defective products.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We accept exchanges, subject to product availability and the terms of our Refund & Return Policy.
We do not charge restocking fees.
Eligible refunds are normally processed within 7 business days after inspection of the returned item, subject always to any mandatory statutory refund deadlines.
22. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Goods supplied by Cazuc must meet the standards required by applicable UK consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms restricts your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. UK consumer law provides statutory protections relating to goods supplied under consumer contracts.

- We may withdraw or modify a promotion before an order is placed.
Any specific promotional conditions displayed with an offer will form part of the applicable terms for that promotion.
